Bill Pay
Searching for an easy, convenient way to stay on top of multiple bill payments without the hassle of
keeping up with multiple companies e-payments? With Mutual Savings Credit Union’s online Bill Pay
service, you’ll always have what you need to pay your bills on time. Our Bill Pay service offers recurring
payments and electronic confirmation all in one place. Paying bills has never been easier.

When you pay a bill using online Bill Pay, an electronic payment is sent to your biller from your checking
account instantly or on the date you choose for your scheduled payment. If you need to send a payment
to a person or a company who cannot accept electronic payment, no problem! Bill Pay will issue a paper
check on your behalf. An image of this check can be viewed from your online banking service when the
check posts.

Mobile Deposit
Save time and gas money with Mutual Savings Credit Union’s Mobile Deposit. This free service allows members to scan physical checks and transmit the scanned image to the credit union. It’s as easy as that!

How does it work?
1. Grab your check and sign the back with your signature.
2. Under the signature line, write “For mobile deposit only.”
3. Login to your Mutual Savings Credit Union mobile app banking.
4. Select the menu bar on the left side of your screen.
5. Select “Mobile Deposit”.
6. Follow the directions on your screen to take photos of the front and back sides of your check. Enter the dollar amount being deposited and which account to deposit it into.
7. It’s as simple as that! Tap, Snap, Deposit!

Telephone Banking
Telephone Banking from Mutual Savings Credit Union provides you with a free 24-hour automated teller service. Telephone Banking allows you to perform different tasks without traveling to a branch.

- Make a transaction, an inquiry or a chance to your password.
How does it work?
1. Have your account PIN number on hand that you received when opening your account.
2. Dial 205-682-1199 or 800-910-4804 to access Telephone Banking
3. Select “Account Information” to access your MSCU Account and enter your member number
and your telephone banking PIN.
4. Proceed with choosing the appropriate option for your needs.
Telephone banking is available around the clock for Mutual Savings members. If you experience difficulty navigating the telephone menus, you may also contract Member Services during normal business hours for assistance. Normal business hours are Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
