Our History
Mutual Savings Credit Union was chartered in 1936 in Birmingham, Alabama. Mutual Savings was originally organized to serve the employees of U.S. Steel’s Fairfield Works. Since our charter, we now serve the Central Alabama area. We serve members with a diverse set of needs by offering an array of financial services each designed to fit your everyday and long-term needs.
